My sister's car have her a false warning saying her oil was low while she was traveling through Cross Plains. Herman and his manager, I think her name was Gloria were so kind and helpful to my sister! He checked her oil, which was full, and got her back on the road again. We really appreciated their sweet spirit and I would go there for any auto products I need.
Walked in and the OLD MAN starts cussin cause of a little bit of diesel was dripping on the floor from a “fuel filter”… very bad customer service… ya know he could of offered a towel if its that big of deal…. Doesnt need to treat customers like that! Ya know if it wasnt for us customers he wouldnt be in business!! WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!
The lady that works the counter, probably the owner, is knowledgeable and very service oriented. Small town folks. Good service and friendly.
Great people. Helped us get back on the road again. Fast and friendly service.
Herman is excellent good customer service and very knowledgeable. Could spend a whole week here just learning from him
