NAPA Auto Parts - Hermiston Auto Inc.

My van stopped at the highway exit for Boardman, OR. The only parts store nearby happened to be this NAPA. John was extremely helpful in locating an alternator I could receive the same day, so I may continue my journey to visit family. Not only did he get the part ordered for same day delivery, but he allowed me to bring my battery in to be charged, giving me the ability to move my vehicle from the off ramp of the highway to the side of the store where I could quickly install the new alternator and get a move on, instead of doing it on the side of the road. My husband's truck ran into some issues as we were moving to Boise and we had to stop here so he could replace a part. The guys in this shop were so incredibly helpful to my entire family. I can't say enough how much I appreciate their assistance and consideration during a stressful time. 10/10 would stop here again

I was in there yesterday for a part, there was a young lady who was helping multiple people at once and a older gentleman who was sitting in a chair also helping people. they were kinda busy so I was waiting I line...noticed a man coming back from what I assuming was a break/lunch and the young lady was explaining a situation that had happened while he was gone. Then the young lady left the building for her I'm assuming lunch break. not even ten minutes go by and the younger man whom I found out later was named John started talking crap about the young lady, saying things that were rather uncalled for. Basically making fun of her, saying she doesn't know how to run a credit card machine, and how he's waiting for her "to do one thing right and on a Regular basis". He was being a complete je

Great service, but the small store leaves a lot to be desired for stock, having almost none of what I was looking for. This is expected in a small town mind you, but still this means that you are not likely to find what you need. However, on multiple trips I was able to get what I needed for my truck (makes sense, farming territory and farmers use trucks...so...duh). Replaced batteries, got new fuses and air filters, even some last minute emergency hoses (which was actually an item a customer didn't pick up and was being returned, but my timing was perfect and accidental) So it suits what I need And if they don't have what I need in stock they can order it.
