Great customer service, Frank was very helpful and a nice guy. This was my first time going to this location but I’ll definitely be back .
I usually spend money in town with local businesses as much as I can but this place will not get another dime from The lady and the tall older guy that works here are probably the rudest and least customer friendly people I know. Every time I go and they are there I feel like turning around. Today I went in to get a filter and b4 I could get in the door good older guy telling me what he can't do. Didnt even give me a chance to tell him what I'm looking for. Same with the lady she Is to busy telling me what she knows instead of listening to what I'm trying to tell her I need.
Always very helpful
Every time I go in to this store I am treated with complete shock the old man is no help at all the latest transaction he made froze my bank account up and he has no idea what he is doing the women working there was unable to help saying that my bank was the problem I called the bank and was told that napa went through with the transaction and if it was voided out it would take 8 days for me to receive my funds back to my account this location is unprofessional and I am very disappointed with the services I received..
They treated me with respect & concerns about what I needed.
