Not the easiest store to peruse but the staff is extremely helpful. Just don't expect assistance with your repair like other auto parts chains. When there system advised the wrong headlamp, they swapped it out with no issue. To save time, know exact model you require in advance, look on their website & ask for it at the counter as most of the items are in the back.

Always wrong part! Then have to wait 2 day's for my refund because i used my bank card to pay i find that very irritating. After i bought the part i went to my car called my bank checked my balance and the money was already gone they got paid immediately but i have to wait 48 hours for my money thow. Not going back!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff... Friendly atmosphere not your typical auto parts store. If they don't have it in their extensive stock they can usually have what you need the next day

Great store.the people there helped me find what I needed.i was surprised to see such a large section of lubrication products.also there is a good selection of amsoil.napa has great parts and I was impressed with the service I received here.

Rude service. Parts guy took several phone calls without even acknowledging me waiting for over ten minutes. When I started to leave he finally said I'll be right with you and I said I was going somewhere else. He then said good we don't want you anyways.
