I bought the most expensive brake pads because they supposedly had a lifetime warranty. I made sure I understood what the warranty was, and they said when they're gone, I'd bring them back and replace them. It turns out they don't even have a 4-month warranty. Be careful, they sell lies.

I never write reviews but this is the worst customer service ever. Guys infront always angry with an attitude. I just hate going to or calling this store.

Greatly appreciate Javier for his outstanding service. Right before closing, he went above and beyond by helping me replace my dead vehicle battery and honored the 2-year warranty without hesitation. Truly grateful for his help!

I’m trying to solve a issue that I have with an order and they just tells me to order again online cause they can basically do nothing also they even check the part to see if they have it on the store I always been buying parts with NAPA STORES but I don’t recommend this one in particular
