NAPA Auto Parts - Holt

I stopped in because I was driving by after having stopped at Autozone, O'reilly and Advanced Auto and having no luck finding the part I needed. Decided to try ONE MORE store and I am so glad I did, because this will now be my first stop from here on out. They were the first place out of 3 prior that offered to order me the windshield wiper I wanted for my back window. I wasn't able to get it for the next day when my brother was going to be in town helping me with my car so I joked and asked if they would install it too, the one guy said he would be here the day it arrived and he had no problem putting it on for me. Well I forgot to stop in the day it arrived even though they called me, so went the next morning to get it and the one guy wasn't there, but the other one that had been in stor

Bought brake parts because of a rebate offer. Was told I could mail in, but, that is not the case. Has to be done by computer and have a reproduction of receipt which my equipment is not capable of. I specifically asked if I could mail in rebate. Had they told me the truth I might have purchased from another retailer. Counter staff should be more familiar with rebate terms so they could better inform customers. Live and learn I guess. Update, I contacted store and they assured me one way or the other I would be taken care of. I appreciate their efforts and have changed star rating to a 5. Obviously they do care about customer service.

Great place to get batteries and bits for your car. The employees are very helpful

Quick in and out. Parts I've needed were in stock. Knowledgeable parts guys here, not the "what size engine do you have" types, (when you need wiper blades or a headlight bulb) that you find at Auto zone, and so many others.

Great prices, great people, and if they don't have the requested item they are able to have it early the next day.
