NAPA Auto Parts - Hometown Auto Parts, Inc

Have been here before and never had an issue but today I took some items that I ordered online in to return them like their customer service told me too. The man I spoke with was rude and short with me and told me they don’t do returns and just kept repeating that. I left and called customer service again and they apologized and said that this store is probably privately owned and doesn’t accept them. It was just frustrating that that simple explanation couldn’t be provided by the person working and instead he chose to be crappy about it.

Superior service from the staff. They have parts needed for different types of vehicles and gas powered products. Great place to shop for all your automotive needs.

Bought a starter at a Napa store 7 years ago for my truck that had a lifetime warranty. This week it went out on me. I called Napa in Girard and they answered the phone quickly and had the starter I needed in stock. Only downside is I needed my original receipt to warranty it out so had to buy it and come back another day with my original receipt to get refunded. Stopped in today with my receipt and had no issue getting my refund. Decent quality parts from helpful staff and they actually have the parts I needed in stock

Very awesome place. They helped with out battery and they really came thru helping us get back on the road. Highly recommend this store
