I do not recommend this business at all. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with this specific location. We were looking for a particular item, so my husband called the store and spoke with the manager, Paul. He told us they had two of the items in stock and that another nearby branch had three more. Paul also offered us a “discounted” price because of the quantity we were planning to buy, which made us think he was trying to be helpful. When I arrived at the store, he showed me the correct item. However, while I was paying, they switched it and put a different item in the bag. When I went to the other location to pick up the rest, they told me they did NOT have the correct item. The manager there checked my receipt and said, “Yes, this is the item you paid for,” which is

I had to have a battery replaced in my car I called. They said come right over we do that. Took about 10 minutes explained everything to me and it was done. Kyle was very efficient very informative and very professional. Totally recommend anyone to go there.👍🏻

The employees here are very attentive and knowledgeable. I was assisted by Brandon when my car needed a new battery and he made sure it was compatible with my vehicle and he even offered to change it himself right then and there. WOW! Talk about amazing service! I was impressed needless to say. The store had some cute dogs (very well behaved of course.) I wish I could give NAPA more than 5 stars! I will be coming back for all my car needs.
