NAPA Auto Parts

NAPA was very detailed and thorough. I needed a specific part for a foreign vehicle. The associate checked several options in their inventory and a few places out of their system. She waited on several customers, a few simultaneously while making sure the entry door didn't rip off it's hinges with the 30 mph wind gusts the day before Thanksgiving. She looked up information for a local dealer/service center and recommended I call a local body shop associated with the manufacturer of my car. While the parts I needed were not in their inventory she gave me two options with probable availability. Helping a customer by suggesting other options when your company doesn't carry the required parts is true customer service and a sound business practice. They carry most heavy duty parts i need for my truck when autozone dont

I went by to get part of my order that was set today only to see a note that the store was closed due to short staff. This is ridiculous. How about you open the store with the willing working bodies! even if it is only one person, put up a sign that service WILL BE slow due to short staff and allow people to choose if they want to wait or not! What is the use of managers and/or supervisors if the leads are not even coming IN! That is what that title is supposed to do!
