NAPA Auto Parts - JACKSONVILLE

Had to return a battery I bought for my motorcycle back i November that would not charge anymore. They took it back and ordered me a new one on the spot. Great service at this NAPA store.

We have a Autobody shop and we get paint and materials there . Great staff .

Clueless is putting it nicely. I drive across town because the Napa website shows they have what I need in stock. Employees don't even know where in the store to look for the common item (rivet nut insert) or what it is. This is exactly why most folks have quit going to Napa. I sure won't waste my time at any Napa in the future.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company and the people who work for them. Haley, Kevin, Christy, Bobby and the rest of the team; ABSOLUTELY amazing. Occasionally I have them deliver parts to my shop but realistically I love the times I get to come in. I buy what I need and have a great time with everyone. They are friendly and do their jobs above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and most times have exactly what I need in stock on the spot. I’ve been doing business with them now for 3 years and it’s been wonderful everyday with them. Keep up the great work!
