Made a trip to Jay on Saturday for a particular part. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the part we made the trip for, however Glen was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did a great job explaining where the mixup may have happened and offered to order the part. Great customer service.

Came in right at closing (had no idea) they didn't mention it and immediately stopped to help us. We needed windshield wipers desperately as it was raining and ours went out, they even helped replace a piece of the wiper clip from the old one so it could fit correctly. They were very informative so we could do it ourselves in the future. GREAT PRICES AND AMAZING SERVICE!! He aided us in installing them and getting us back on the road, the people who helped us were TIM AND DAVE!! 1000/10 recommend thank you!!

The employees here have great manners. They are completely focused on the customer's happiness and will make sure that the customer gets the part or tool that they are looking for.

Napa has always got just what I need for my car. And they have helped me out twice. once was putting my wipers on for me, it would probably had been easy for me to have tried but I've never had to and was unsure of my luck so easy off easy on but my headlights was a totally different story, never had to and dang sure wasn't wanting to see if I could so quick as a whip the low beams was fixed and i was set again. Then the high beam went out a few days later- no problem for them! My last purchase was spark plugs - they was in stock at a great price but of course they're not a fix it all place due to time n such but I thought I'd ask them to get a laugh outta them and put a smile on their faces. Thank you men, I greatly appreciate everything y'all been able to do for me and didn't complain
