I'm not sure if the bald guy with a long beard was having a bad day or what the deal was but he was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked about a part that I had ordered, he looked at me and he said, "I don't know". And then proceeded to ask me who ordered it as if I know the names of the staff in the store. It's not my job to micromanage who works at this location or how they handle parts that are ordered in from other locations and i've never experienced this at any other auto parts store including napa locations. He was questioning a standard return item as well, which was also quite strange. As if I have the time to be lying about a thirty dollar part?; I make $32 an hour. Outstanding customer service! Ordered complete rear axle and called me when it came in. Said there was a few cats of oil in bottom of container and went ahead and got the ball rolling on expediting the reorder of another unit. New one came in 2 days later and it was clean as a whistle. No oil in pan. Other parts houses would have let me take it, without checking, and I would have had to make two trips, or worse, could have not caught it til it was mounted and on the road......great work guys! You have my business always.....
