Jerry’s is great. While on a recent fishing trip, at a very remote area around Benton, my car would not start. Luckily, my son had his car and could drive me to Jerry’s. I selected Jerry’s because a camper in a nearby campground had highly recommended Jerry’s as ‘being honest’. Well, it was a great decision in a pretty bad moment for me the day before Easter and 4 hours from home! Their representative followed our car to the remote cabin, started my car, and would not take any money for his trouble. I was able to make it home in time for Easter, and, that was good since my wife had been telling me for weeks to check the electrical system. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have had in a long time. I had a windshield wiper blade fly off while driving to a campground nearby. There were lots of rain showers that day and expected for the following day. I dropped in Jerry's and the gentleman behind the counter looked up the size blade I needed found it and walked out to my vehicle and installed it!! Blew me away that he did that. The price was very reasonable for the blade.

As normal....(for them ) above and beyond service ,fast and friendly, if he don't have it he can get it 99.9% of the time, and most cases are next day

Ive been going here for almost 30 years but I will no longer be back I had bought a fuel pump with a lifetime warranty it went out but since I didn't keep my receipt they wouldn't warranty it I guess it was my fault but still they knew I got it from them and still wouldn't and it's just a order store they don't keep much of anythg on hand, i can say if you need a carb rebuilt I wouldn't go anywhere else
