Disappointed with the Service and Product Quality I had a frustrating experience at this store. I trusted an employee's advice and provided them with my truck's make, model, and year, expecting to receive the correct product. However, I left with the wrong viscosity engine oil, which is incompatible with my vehicle. It’s disappointing because I believed the staff knew what they were doing, but unfortunately, that was not the case. This experience has made me hesitant to recommend this store. I suggest others consider going elsewhere to ensure you get the right products and accurate advice. I hope they improve their knowledge and service in the future.

Travelling from Wilmington NC to Cookeville TN this week. Brakes locked up on our truck. We own our own Auto Repair shop in NC and happened to be wearing a NAPA shirt that day (one of our main suppliers). Stopped at this local NAPA on the advice of STEVE at Historic Flooring.We were able to get the parts we needed from Neil who was courteous and knowledgeable and got us out the door with the correct items. Got the truck fixed and back on the road within a few hours...Thanks NAPA.

Picked up a cheap Chinese mechanical fuel pump from here . After inspection of how much cheaper made it was from my old one. I put it on and just as expected it started rattling apart. So I removed it and changed it to electric pump .
