He’s terrible. I stood there ready to cash out with my coolant in my hand, and the dude is taking forever to sell the lady the damn headlights that her mans is gonna put in the car anyway??Why are you trying to tell her what to do? She’s not even gonna do it anyway?? I had to put down the stuff and just walk out of the store..come on man you’re sitting behind the computer quiet wasted her time and my time but you doing that because you don’t wanna deal with me. You could’ve at least dealt with me. I was ready to cash out. I’m standing there ready..then go back to her and waste her time. Cause she was standing there with her credit card in her hand, ready to pay I saw to..terrible just terrible. Although couldn't find the part I was looking for ( not their fault) I liked the service

They had the parts I needed and was not that unreasonably priced. The folks in there are helpful and cool to deal with.

Wow! Huge, clean store! Everyone was so friendly. Nelson was a huge help and was extremely patient (he figured out the correct part I needed). Even with the frustration of dealing with someone like me, he kept a smile on his face the entire visit. I absolutely trust this Napa. A+

Was looking for a 5/8" crush washer all over town. I called this store to ask them if they carried them. The guy that answered the phone thought about it for 2 seconds before telling me they don't. So I started looking everywhere else I could to get it locally. Finally found out they list them as "copper gaskets" on the website, but anyone that works in automotive parts should know what a crush washer is. The website said they had them in stock, so I go there to show them on my phone. I'm not exaggerating at all when I say I stood there for 10 minutes with another customer in front of me who walked in just in front of me. No less than three people were walking around behind the counter, and for 10 minutes, not one of them addressed us. They literally acted like we weren't standing there. I
