Always well stocked. Knowledgeable friendly staff willing to go out of their way to help.
Employees seem knowledgeable... But its like they don't want to help much. I felt like a bother when they asked if I needed help and I actually had a question. I got a half answer then was ignored for 10 minutes in not sure why. This isn't the only location that gave me that impression either... Like I was lower than them... Clean stores. Well arranged with a variety of quality products.
Had to stop at Napa in Louisburg today and got very good help from Brandon! Checked by Battery and put me in a new one!! Great job!!!
Much better than Orielys. Better service and k knowledge , also no freight charge of $30 for small electric plug.
Excellent customer service from Kasper's. These guys actually know how to use books to look up parts that are not common.
