I stopped by after having vehicle problems on the road and was helped by Roy. He was very knowledgeable and not only helped me narrow down the potential problem, but explained in detail how I could fix it if I didn’t decide to replace the part. I tend to shop around, but I made up my mind to buy it there because of his help. They unfortunately didn’t have the part in stock and the other nearby NAPA store that did was already closed. Since I needed it fixed that day, he told me where I could potentially find the part at nearby competitors. I was very impressed.

They carry a lot of inventory, the people behind the counter do have the know-how. I just wish they were open Sunday. That's my only reason for raiding three stars. I'm a weekend warrior kind of guy and need access to parts on Sunday. Otherwise they would get five stars.

I have always avoided NAPA for their higher prices but .... Recent events have led me to their door numerous times and they always seem to have what Im needing ! The guys at this store definitely know what they are doing. Give em a chance . Im glad I did !

Might look into changing the attitude of the people who work at this store. I’ve used Napa for many years but the attitude of whoever answered the phone for me when I was asking a simple question was rude. I’ll stick with O’Reillys from now on. You don’t talk to customers rudely when they are asking a question if you carry a tool or not. 🙄🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
