NAPA Auto Parts - Keene Auto Parts

The owners of NAPA opened a store named Hardware Hank that is hooked to NAPA. It's a great store with reasonable prices. I can't believe how much stuff they packed in there! And the owners couldn't be nicer.

Great Environment, everyone who works here is very respectful and laid back! Add to return some things in did not even get a look of disapproval like more stores would do pretty cool place this Keenesburg!!

Guy at the counter was very indifferent to customers. Got the feeling that customers were simply an inconvenience. Usually needs overnight to order most parts. Does have a good selection of oil and other quick fix parts.

I went in to get a bolt that had gotten twisted off in the brake caliper. I took the other bolt that didn't get broke in half with me and I asked the guy if he sold a bolt or screw or whatever it's called just like the the 1 that I showed him. Well sure enough he had exactly what I needed and the price was just over a dollar. What a bargain I said to myself out loud like I always do. And I bought 1 because I only needed 1.

In such a small town they had exactly what I needed. The gentleman that checked me out was amazing. His customer service was top notch. I completely recommend 👍
