Store needs to update their hours. Got off of work Friday and drove across town during rush hour to Napa. Google says they're open til 7pm. Hours on the door are change to 6pm. I arrive at 5:50 and the doors locked and they're closed. Very frustrating and a wasted 30 minute drive. It's very easy to update your hours on google to save your customers a wasted trip.

Walked in carrying a car battery. A very helpful employee provided me with my a choice batteries. Made my purchase and he helped carried it to the car for me. Service was prompt and very clean.

I was in a rush because my car had broke down the road, luckily i was close to NAPA, there was only one person at the counter atm and i needed help fast, luckily marlon was there, even tho he was helping someone when i got there, he managed to help me and the other costumer out, i couldn’t thank him enough for helping me find what i needed, and helping me with getting out there fast to keep going with my day.
