I've been there several times since moving here, February 2024. Every employee has been very courteous, helpful, friendly, and honest. When you are looking for something, they will tell you if they can get it, if it isn't in stock (and its often available the next day. No dumb answers, like some of the bigger chain stores. Things I've purchased here in the past (wasn't sure if they stocked or could get but they did): sealed bearings for my walk behind weed wacker, motor oil, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, all the usual auto parts, etc. Overall, I've always had a great experience with the workers and their efforts to help me. Prices are decent, maybe not always the cheapest, but for me, accurate, reliable advice and quality products are worth a little $. Highly recommended.

Nice auto parts store. Everyone was very helpful. We had a good time joking around. People need to joke around more.

I went in to Napa with an issue with my dually, and spoke to the younger guy there named Ian. I knew what the problem was, and he wouldn't listen to what I was saying. Instead he kept creating a scenerio that was not at all the realty of the the issue, even though it was completely explained. I understand he may think he is an expert, but that is not the case of this cashier. I went to Auto Zone, and finally someone was able to listen and help me find the parts I needed without being the know-it-all which actually knew nothing. Not going back.

It used to be great but now the new people being hired are rude. You got to love how companies taking your money act like they're doing you a favor..
