What a great selection, with reasonable prices, at Keysville Auto Parts. Magen is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and always helps me find exactly what I need (they even sell the specialty dog food I WAS ordering online from a major pet food company). Stopped for a battery and they didn't have it, so they called ahead so we could pick it up further on our trip. Great customer service, helpful, friendly.

Had a battery that ALWAYS had to be ordered. Gave me info on starting an engine after a long downtime. Honestly get nervous in places I know nothing about. They welcomed me but weren't on my back but were there when I had a question. NEVER give 5 stars.

Went to Napa to get a new weed eater They had 3 of the one I wanted Husqvarna listed for 419 waited 30 mins to be told he couldn't sell me one because it wasn't in computer and didn't know how to put it in ...... Was told to come back another day. Needless to say all 3 had the same price on them..... seems like there is a major shortage of common sense these days. Don't waste your time with people who refuse to help you. whites building supply across street has no problem selling anything they have in store and happy to help
