Purchased parts online for store pickup next day which had another location as available and it wasn’t close to me so had a family member go pick it up…ended up having to buy a full kit for repair with those parts included so didn’t need it… website had a search feature of stores you can return an online order to so went to the one nearby me which was Dolson Ave Middletown NY store… my husband initially went in and came out upset that the employee refused it saying it wasn’t sold there… I went in and was told without an order number or receipt I can’t help you… I then said I don’t have a receipt but can look up the order number as it was an online order which was picked up elsewhere by my brother , but I can show you the order number which he said show me looked at it the part and I said t

There is a good reason why amazon are putting places like this out of business. Multiple good reasons actually. Try a car repair project using napa as a supplier and knowledge resource, then try it one with amazon and youtube. See which one costs you more and takes longer for the parts, is more difficult to return unused parts, and provides you zero help or advice (probably even attitude) versus endless customized feedback and information.

They are easy to deal with, listen to what you need, make suggestions and get the correct part. I travel past my local store and go to them.

They gave my son in law the wrong rotors for my car so he went to return them and get the correct ones. The guy at the counter was rude and obnoxious to my son in law! The guy got loud with him and had a ridiculous attitude! This happened today, May 22 sometime between 12pm -2pm. I plan on filing a formal complaint!
