NAPA Auto Parts - Knox Auto Supply

This is the only parts store I have ever used and not had to go back because I got the wrong part! These guys are great and take the time to make sure you get what you need the first time!

Great customer service, I called ahead and they had what I needed. Didn't have to wait for it to come in like some other parts stores. I needed a brake caliper, rotor and brakes, the price was very good and best of all there friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. If you have any questions or need parts, I highly recommend you to call them and stop in.

My family have been going to Knox Auto, Napa for years, as a little girl, I would go with my dad to get parts and let me tell you all Knox Auto, Napa is the place to go!! Family oriented, such wonderful and kind staff, and you cant beat the prices with knowing your getting quality parts and the best service possible. The staff are very knowledgeable and so helpful. First auto parts store I've visited which wouldn't read the codes when my check engine light came on, and I'm talking about auto parts stores from Florida to Maine. Annoying.

Great friendly atmosphere and very helpful staff would recommend if in the area definitely a great place overall
