NAPA Auto Parts - Kodiak

Customer service is hit or miss. There’s a guy who works there who’s always friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciate that. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel like this needs to be said. There’s a certain person at this NAPA location who honestly makes the entire shopping experience uncomfortable. It feels like she owns the place, maybe because she’s been working there for a long time, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude. She comes off as rude, dismissive, and generally unpleasant to deal with. The energy she gives off is negative, and it’s enough to make customers feel like they’re a burden just for walking in. Great shop, the girls working the counter were very helpful! I'm not a car guy AT ALL and they knew what I was talking about when I just described what I needed. Even when I didn't know what I needed, they asked all the right questions to help keep me on track and my car running well! 5 stars!

Asked for advice and they looked at me like I had two heads. Apparently this is the first time anyone has asked for auto parts advice in an auto parts store.

Had me wait on a battery for my truck for two weeks only to find out they didn't get the make of my car right and had the correct battery the entire time. They never bothered to call and tell me but instead said they we're sorry when I showed up on the second week.

Best Nappa all around. I call in and ask for advice and they give it to me right on the spot. Some times i don't even need to ask they just tell me straight up.
