I am a lady & know next to nothing about parts!! not once did the man ask if i needed help stayed glued to the screen the whole time. I get you have other work but put it on hold until after you help the customer or at least ask if we need help!! offer some type of assistance. I visited the other day just forgot to post
Great place to do business! I have bought many parts there and have always received knowledgeable advice, good prompt customer service, quick delivery and good prices. Can't be beat.
Pretty much always have what I need and 9 times out of 10 it is for work, so that's great. If they don't have it, they will by the next day usually. Sometimes same day.
Great customer service and will do what ever they can to make you happy.
