I was amazed that they had the additive that I was looking for. They had to say that I was looking for was mso2 from liquamoly. They seem to be the only ones in Cloquet. The only ones that carry it and the only ones in the Cloquet/ proctor/ Duluth area that carry it. The store is really clean. The lighting is great. The only problem I have is one of the employees was having a bad day and when I walked in was swearing a mile a minute. Something to do with one of the registers not working correctly. I'll try to give him the benefit of the doubt and just say that he was having a bad day but still had I had my kids in there. I don't think that I would like to hear that. I don't remember the employee's name but one of the guys that works there. The additive I mentioned is incredibly hard to fin

Got some wipers and they were so nice they even put them on.. tall truck short girl lol

Good price on batteries, seemed I was interrupting something. Good customer service would be to carry the battery out to your vehicle and offer to bring the old one back.

It's hit or miss with this place. Orders and parts have been wrong. Parts weren't pulled when they were suppose to be. So it caused longer waiting time. Some of the guys are knowledgeable some not so much!

The staff argued me on a part and said the transfer case had been replaced and that wires were cut out to put a new 4x4 switch in. When my dad's the original owner and the truck has 105xxx miles. Not worth the time there go to OReilly
