I needed a tire valve cover for my car. I stopped in to buy a pack and the nicest gentleman handed me 4 for free from the service area! So kind! I have moved up here from the Chicago suburbs and that generosity doesn’t really exist there. Thanks Napa! You will always get all of my business!
My check engine light popped on and I took my truck to the auto parts section of this business. They hooked in their analyzer and in no time at all told me the problem was in my #7 cylinder and probably a plug or an ignition coil. I removed the spark plug, took it to the parts employee and he informed me the plug seemed defective and advised replacement. Twelve dollars later, I installed the new plug and the engine is now running fine. To an amateur like me, the parts staff seemed extremely competent and helpful. Highly recommended.
Just wanted to say if you need your auto worked on and you are in the area, these are your go to people. Fair and equitable service at a fair and equitable price, Got me back on the road in quick fashion, while diagnosing a pretty unique problem, with my truck, Ethical is the word that best describes this shop and the people who work there.
Excellent service at the Land O'Lakes NAPA and service location. Great people you can trust.
