NAPA Auto Parts - LaVale Auto Parts

We had problems with our car and the two gents that worked at the this Napa were very helpful and respectful. (I forgot to get there names)Let us use the code scanner until we were done working on the car. Got the part also a socket we needed. They even let me use the restroom. (not sure if they are allowed to) A+ to these two gents and Napa auto parts store

Can I give a negative 5 stars?!!!!There is a woman at the counter, Amy, that is probably the rudest most unprofessional and uneducated about your product person I have ever spoken to. This person has no business being around people and she is supposedly a manager?! I will never come back and I will tell everyone I know not to patronize this place. Being in the car repair business, that will be many people! There was one person there who kept me coming back because he was kind and caring and knew what he was talking about. But this last experience will keep me away forever. Service is everything and you guys DO NOT have it!

They helped me find what I was looking for even if it wasn't in that store he looked up on the computer to so what store it was in and close enough great customer service

I prefer napa auto parts and have bought many at this store but until covid is past I won't be back. Attendant not wearing mask and coughing to boot. Also customers in store without masks.I go there to get auto parts not to get coronavirus.
