Great service! I appreciate the time and attention helping me find the correct parts for re-packing the bearings and replacing seals on my trailer. They understand customer service… a lost art.

I was looking for a ball bearing and came to this location. Jeff tried to find in store. Which was not available then he tried online, write down specs for me. Great customer service by Jeff and the girl on the counter. You guys are doing amazing work.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Went into the Lawrenceville location today to replace a dead battery that was under warranty, which they could clearly see. They said they wouldn’t replace it since we didn’t have the original receipts. I won’t give names, even though I have them, but the assistant manager, and his young sidekick just wouldn’t swap it, gave all the excuses! I called corporate, and they said they can swap it’s the discretion of the store! So we went to two other stores- wonderful customer service there might I add. The first store was gonna but they didn’t have it in stock, so they called another store for us down the street & swapped with no issue! Customer service within some of these corporations just suck. They don’t feel they need to do anything extra for customers now

Went to 7 locations Sunday, gainesville, oakwood, dawsonville, lawrenceville, duluth, norcross, buford. nobody working could build a hydraulic hose.
