I went in to grab a belt. The young man at the counter, I think his name was Dylan, showed real enthusiasm while helping me find the belt I needed. When he went to grab the belt, he actually ran there and back!

Amazing customer service no matter who you talk to. If you need to order a part then get it for you quickly.

Love these guys! Always super friendly, helpful, and kind! I wish they didn't take away the NAPA app, but that's a corporate decision that these guys can't control, so that is not reflected in this rating. I love going here for any and all of my car part needs!

Not sure what goes on in here. But they must be good as my husband spends lots of money and frequents this place often. I mean seriously he even followed them when they relocated from another building. They must be very good and friendly folks. NAPA AUTO SUPPLIES

Weekend people has terrible customer service. I bought a lifetime set of spark plug wires and they would not honor it without a receipt. 6 years ago. every other place has a record of your transactions. But the guy behind the counter would not even take the time to help me out. I used to buy 99% of everything through them. Now I doubt if I will ever go back.
