By far the very worst experience I've ever had.... Hi Joe! It started Friday when I went online to purchase brakes at 12:30. Same day delivery guarantee. Yay right? I call the store at 5:30 to find out an ETA as I never received a delivery email after the payment. Joe answered the phone and assured me I would have my package. Joe says he will send it through DoorDash 🚩. Joe doesn't put in the correct address. The driver calls and tells me he left my package outside. He did not. He sends a screenshot showing the incorrect address. I go to the incorrect address. He didn't leave the package. A witness saw him take it with him. NAPA is closed at this point so no help. The next morning (Saturday) I call at 8:30 to try and get help with my missing brakes. Within 30 seconds of talking to Joe (the

Battery made it less than a year. Have to jump through hoops to have it replaced and catch attitude the whole time. I’ll take my fleet somewhere else, thanks….

Excellent customer service experience. I needed a 15a circuit breaker and they were the only auto parts store within 25 miles that had the one I needed in stock. Hours had passed between my call to see if they had it and when I finally made it to the store. As I was approaching the section where the fuses and breakers are, a gentleman asked if I was the lady in need of the 15 amp. It had been the last one they had and he pulled it from the display and had it behind the counter. I hadn't asked him to do so and he had no assurance that I would even show up to make the purchase. That's just good old fashioned thoughtfulness. Believe me, it was greatly appreciated!

Everyone makes mistakes and anyone can have a bad day. To me it's not always about what happened that I didn't like, but if someone done something to make it right and I spoke with Andrew the district manager for the store and you made me feel like the most important customer he has ever had and I just want to say thank you for that. The parts are affordable the services good and if by chance something is wrong they will fix it. So before you post a comment give them the opportunity because He literally made me feel like Napa Queen for the day 🤣🤣😍

I looked everywhere for parts for a 98 isuzu truck. This is the only place that could help me.. everyone there was friendly and knowledgeable to what I was looking for..
