Customer service was great.... MS Bobbi was courteous and friendly and helpful. Located the part I needed and had it waiting on my arrival. Store is clean and organized and stocked well. My part was priced reasonable. Everything you need is here or they will get it within an hour. Great job folk's.

Hello, I’m Lynn Baldwin and I love this Napa store!!! Yesterday, I passed out when leaving. The 2 employees there went above and beyond helping me until ambulance arrived. They always treat me like family! Love all you guys! Ended up breaking my Femur. Ouch!

We'll see. Dropped of a part for some light machine work today around 3. Shawn said he'd call me Monday with info and pricing. He was very nice and very busy. The manufacturer of this carburator sheered off the screws that allow access to the fuel jet and floater for cleaning. I need them removed and replaced with working screws. I hope they can do it.
