Went to get a tune up kit for my van and José helped me to gather all the accessories that I needed some parts will arrive a few hours later when I come back for the remaining accessories I ended up getting a tune up kit for my pickup also and jose help me out also, the advantage of jose is Spanish speaking was easier for me to perfection my explaining to him on what I needed. Thank you

It has been incredibly difficult to find a reliable, capable mechanic to work on our commercial vehicles and Eric and his team have been AMAZING. They aren't the lowest price but they are reasonable, capable, and provide top notch customer service. I have no plans to go anywhere else anytime soon!

Im a double master technician with 33 yrs of experience. Everytime I've been there counter help has been marginal at best, not organized, inexperienced or attitude issues, on the phone with personal phone calls with people in line waiting. Online orders not there when email says come down and pick up. This parts store is my last choice in town. Should be one of my 1st. Sad really.
