NAPA Auto Parts

We recently had a very disappointing experience with this NAPA store. The overall customer service has been poor, and some employees behave as if simply doing their job is a burden. Yesterday, we had the misfortune of dealing with an employee named Anna over the phone regarding a delivery address the store had provided. Unfortunately, she gave us incorrect information that would have routed our driver to the middle of nowhere on a highway. When one of our employees called back to clarify and ensure the delivery could be completed properly, Anna was rude, uncooperative, and unprofessional. Instead of working together to fix the issue, she dismissively insisted “That’s the address we always give,” in a disrespectful tone, and then abruptly hung up mid-conversation. I gave them the NAPA part number over the phone and asked if it was in stock. They said yes. Made a trip to the store. The part they had was not the number of their website. They said it wasn't available anymore. But they let me make a trip all the way there instead of telling me over the phone. This place is usually more trouble then it's worth to get anything. Usually over priced or out of stock. Service itself is subpar to say the least. Save your time and money. Shop online or check the competition locally.

I went into the store early in the morning to return an item I bought and didn't need and buy an axle seal and some differential oil pouches, There was an older gentleman at the register who was assisting me. He was very kind. I didn't have enough money in cash and had to pay some of my card and even had to remove an item just to be able to afford the rest of my purchase. And he was very patient and helpful I will be returning thank you Napa!!

Big shoutout to Brad. Brad is very knowledgeable, patient, and very understanding. This guy is super cool! I was in a jam and arrived about 40 minutes before they closed, and Brad saved the day. I was visiting from Chicago and purchased an alternator and had to install it outside in 80+ heat. My guy Brad came out and showed me a few tricks to make my install easier. You really cant find great customer service anymore the way Brad provided. I wanted to give him a tip but will be coming back in August to see if Napa gave my guy Brad a rise..lol. He really made my trip successfully and helped my family and I back home safely. Thanks again Brad, make sure you get your incentive, you definitely deserve it Webb

Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t measure a part or either look it up properly. Was told it was 15 minutes before closing. But I drove 20 miles to get here before closing hours. Woman with black and green hair and a taller guy. Thank and have a great day.
