NAPA Auto Parts - LUMBERTON

I would like to share my experience with a young man named Jacob Tubbs on Thursday 9/4/25. I had an issues with needing to replace a battery on my truck and I asked him if I removed the connection would he pull the battery and I place the new one in due to a health issue I have. So instead of me doing anything he just took over and did it all. He was so nice and very professional. Thanks Jacob, so good to come across people like you and thanks NAPA for having a great staff.

Unfortunately I did not get the guy’s name, but he went the extra mile to assist me this morning. The best customer service I’ve received in Lumberton, NC in a very long time! I would recommend this store to ANYONE!

My husband called to get a price on a windshield for my vehicle and Steve is very rude and unprofessional. My husband just said that he has a bad attitude and don’t want to help anybody. But that’s ok, there are other places do want to make that money. Steve will ruin your business….

These guys are great! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a good selection of paint and detailing products as well as a large parts inventory. If they don't have it in stock they can get it and can even get hard to find parts!

It is alright I believe they are just hanging by threads to keep that location open. It's really sad when you walk into a business and hear the chatter of employees talking about hours getting cut back, maybe some layoffs ect. I really hope that all small, self owned, businesses start to thrive more than ever in abundance as they should.
