I want to give a big shout-out to Antonio at the NAPA Auto in Madera. He consistently delivers outstanding customer service every time I visit. Antonio always has a positive attitude, stays patient, and is genuinely ready to assist no matter how busy it gets. While other employees may seem stressed or overwhelmed, Antonio remains calm, professional, and attentive. It’s clear he really cares about helping customers and making sure they leave satisfied. I was calling several auto parts business looking for a hose for my air conditioning system and no one had it immediately not even for the same day if ordered. The only ones where NAPA and it was super affordable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Napa has a vast amount of resources to fulfill our parts needs, and where many fail to provide timely and competitive parts for your rare C and D parts supplies, Napa has a proven track record of providing parts from major automotive manufactures parts suppliers like Beck Arney, A/C Delco, Motorcraft

Store hours say open until 5pm on Sunday. I arrived at 4:47pm on Sunday 9/14 with a list of parts I needed...doors were locked, lights off, nobody there. This is the third time this Napa has let me down. Avoid this business, I'm surprised NAPA lets this store exist, very bad for their brand.

Website states NAPA stores and NAPA Auto Care centers can test your car's battery and alternator while the engine is still running and the battery is still on the car. I stopped by on Tuesday and they told me they don’t offer that service. They said I had to remove the alternator to have it tested .
