Mr.Pat is no good sold me wrong part assured me its the right one 0 custer service at this place. Dont expect a good morning or thank you m! Your a store front without the customer who are you? I strongly suggest another Napa.

Never buying from here again. I needed a new battery. Bought it online for pick up because it stated that its in stock and would be available for pick up the next morning. In the afternoon the next day after i placed the order, I receive both a text message and email from Napa saying that my order is ready to be picked up. I go over only for the guy to tell me “it still hasn’t arrived”. I tell him i received both an email and text message saying it was ready. He says “you ordered online and theres nothing I could do.” I only bought it here because it was the only auto parts store i could find that had my battery in stock for pickup the next day. Never coming here again.

Forget about going to other auto parts stores. This place has everything. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The cashier was very friendly, their personnel looked up the rear lights that my daughter needed for her car and showed me how to install them. My daughter and I were very happy with the service. They have gained a lifetime customer. Don't let the small outside fool you.

Only Auto parts 〽️ store 🏬 you'll ever have to deal 🤝 with. They have everything you need and their " crackerjack " staff will install whatever they can install for you with always sound advice 🙂😉 and best prices you'll find anywhere. Nothing but helpfulness ! ! !

I don't know what to say. I'd been going to this napa for over 30 years. They are great friends and they respect the customers all the time. I never heard of any worker disrespecting anyone who comes in. The employees will come out of the store and assist you with whatever they can. Replace the battery or wipers etc.
