NAPA Auto Parts

I was looking forward to reading Napa auto parts… for the price and nostalgia for our 1992 suburban. Ordered online with a 30 minute pick up expectation. After completing purchase, pick up changed to next day. Called the store to confirm my order/ETA. They could not be bothered to even ask my name, but promised me 8am my order would be ready for pick up. I called around 11am to confirm my order again, told to call later, order not ready and possibly waiting until Monday. Unacceptable. Waited for manager/delivery associate on duty (who by the way deserves a raise and promotion for being the manager on the weekends. Eddie swapped delayed items for in stock items and we moved on to do our tune up. Thank you Eddie for your help. Keep you all posted on the actual results. Turns out most of her

Even though they didn't have what I needed, the employees tried looking elsewhere, and made suggestions where to look for the part i needed.

This review is mainly based on one individual, Gill. He is the most helpful and nicest person! He went above and beyond to help me. For that reason alone I would definitely recommend this location. If Napa management see this, give Gill a raise or bonus!

The NAPA in Manteca has EXCELLENT customer service and I will be coming back! They helped me, when NAPA Escalon gave me a cold shoulder and made me drive to Manteca. Overall it worked out cause I won't be going back to Escalon.

The only issue is the lack of air conditioning! It was ridiculously hot in there! I feel bad for the employees!
