NAPA Auto Parts - Marshalltown

Bought 2 Napa 3yr warranty batteries twice, they exchange the first set cause they were junk.. took the other set back after 8 months as they won't hold a charge for more that 3hrs. They told me they had to test them, 4hrs later I had to call them an they said they were fine. Which they are not, as I took them to 3 other parts stores an they tested bad. Store Manager told me in front employees an customers that if I didn't like it, then don't buy parts from them. I will never step foot back in this store again after years of being a customer. They have costed me several hours of down time and over $600 in lost money for junk batteries

The staff at this particular location seem to be confused as to what exactly their jobs are. Their knowledge of parts is far under acceptable. The worst service I've received.

Not good at all, the employee was rude and treat me like if I was trying to get something for free, he was very ironic and not helpful, I would not buy anything else from there.

Went it looking for simple things... did not have what I needed...guy tried hard but not what I expected
