Robert was perfectly splendid, he did the most I’ve ever had anyone do looking for something that seems impossible to find. I hope Robert gets a promotion soon because he’s just fantastic with a fantastic attitude.

Wanted to exchange parts I wrongly purchased without receipt was treated poorly by angry Manager who instead of just saying sorry we can't do that proceeded to read company policy. I had already spoken to 2 other napa stores that said it shouldn't be a problem as a 20 year customer sad to say I'll never shop at any napa store again don't know how Manager got her job doesn't know anything about customer service rude and unhelpful I'll just buy online cheaper anyway

Bought a complete exhaust system from them. Was told the last part would be in Friday...then told Saturday... then told Monday, and because it was late, they would deliver right to the mechanic. Monday I get a call from the mechanic - no part.. Go down on Tuesday and there it sits. The current counter person said that he should have never told you it would be in Monday, as we do not get deliveries from DC on Monday. Lost a day of work because of his incompetency and misinformation. Never will I get parts from them again.

They had my part for my car which was great cause the other 2 parts store gave me the run around the guys was great in helping me thanks alot guys will get my service
