All of the employees are very knowledgeable. Daniel,Eric etc. and friendly.
The younger guy (Nick I think?) was very helpful to me. He was able to get me a new car battery and was nice enough to replace it for me! Definitely will be coming back for my car needs!
The store was clean and stocked. They are an excellent example of how a small business should be run. The manager was the highlight of my experience. I have never met a sales staff so upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells. Way to go Curtis you make Napa what it is!
I don't recommend buying Napa name products, especially car batteries and booster boxes. They won't last a year.
Friendly, knowledgeable people. Danielle is really helpful. Also a very convenient UPS dropoff point.
