NAPA Auto Parts

The African American lady here this morning was no help , and has a very unprofessional ugly attitude. I did not have the part number only trying to let her know what I needed, Orellys sent me here for a lightbulb. All the other parts stores had no issues pulling up the information on the car, this was the only place I came to where the lady did not want to help . I asked to speak to a manager she said they on vacation this week. I will make sure to call next week to speak with her manager on my experience at this place. If this who you all have helping your customers you all will lose business. If I could give this a negative star I would .

NAPA was able to get the part I needed in order to save my vacation. NAPA moved up the favorite place to go to when I need parts.

Love NAPA auto parts. The customer service service here was very minimal. Would work on attending to the customers at the counter with some more priority and kindness.
