Parts are same or worse than the big 3 box stores, they have sold dirty repackaged items 6-7x this past 2 years, dead in the box parts, and parts that last 4 months with Life time warranty..... If you have the Paper receipt that fades after a few weeks.

Battery under warranty. No mess no fuss he came out installed new battery I was there less than 15 min from start to finish.

Horrible service, won't be back. Very rude guy. We left.

Poor customer services. I entered the store and each of the 2 workers were helping customers. I waited and waited and waited. At no point, in over 5 minutes, did either worker acknowledge me or say "Hi, we'll be with you shortly". At one point, one of the customers said to the worker, "Do you want to help him" (me) . The worker made a gesture, like to blow off the comment and then took that customer into the back to look for a part.

I love this place...the manager went above and beyond to help me when my car broke..she is the sweetest person...and Cole...that young man is the most polite respectful helpful person ever!!!!......You will always have my business...thank you all so much!!!
