5/5 Have ordered many times from this store and happy with every interaction I’ve had in store or phone or online. Wish it was bigger.

Ordered a part online through e-commerce for a car in the shop. The part was showing as in stock. After ordering i waited for delivery so the car being repaired could be finished. After a long wait I called to enquire about the part but noone was answering the phone. So I called a different location and they had the manager Ryan call the shop I work at to explain the delay. He informed me that the part was not in shock and was on order for next day. 2days later no part, no one answering the phone and a car 3 days on a lift. I called the other location and was again informed that the manager would contact me from the location I ordered from. I'm still waiting

I'm very disappointed. I remember back in the day when you had to have a knowledge about autos in general to even work in a auto parts store. I went in with specific part in hand I needed which I bought at the store in the past. I had the old part in hand I needed . The person had no clue! It's a hub nut and retainer ring or spanner nut off of a Dana 44 front axle, easy right. No clue.... they showed ne something similar for $187.00 are you kidding me! The last time I bought a pack that had the 2 spanner nuts and 1 retainer ring it was around $25.00 I guess im just old school

Not this past Friday but the Friday before, 09/20/2019, I had an awesome experience with this team around 345-4PM. I feel it necessary to call out this time and date because the two gentlemen helped me out more than I can be thankful for, deserve recognition and I can't remember their names. I will continue to bring my business here, not only because of the product for which I am very impressed with but also because of the kind of people and business they run, thank you so much !!!
