NAPA Auto Parts - Mercersburg

This is a great small-town, old-school auto parts store. Not too many like this left around. Not open quite as late on Saturdays as the Napa stores in Hagerstown & Williamsport, but top-quality service nonetheless!

Every time I use this company in my location prices always seem to vary compared to the conversation you had on the phone and I'm not talking about sales taxes. Called in to order lug nuts and informed employee i would be in later that day to pick them up. Upon arriving for parts I was informed that he ordered me wheel studs and then proceeded to debate that that's what I had told him. After I informed him I just replaced the hub assembly which would eliminate the need for studs and directed the conversation back to lug nuts where they only had 5 on stock in the other five would have to be ordered. So all in all I did get my 10 lug nuts over a 3-day span. Accurate communication would have allowed me to receive these lug nuts the day I called and inquired about them without debating the per

They have the best manager. Heather goes out of her way every time we have to get a part fast. She will do everything in her power to help find a part before ordering it. She has helped us twice with parts that needed to be ordered. She has went through the books looking to see if she has parts in the store or a store close by and if they don’t have it she has it delivered the next morning at 7:30am.

Try updating your hours of business, it says you are open Sunday's and you are very clearly NOT. Terrible business practice.

Sold my elderly mother the wrong lawn mower battery, refuses to return or exchange. Worse yet, they took the old battery so now she has to pay extra for the core charge on a new battery.
