Midlands has always been helpful. Great staff and good inventory. If it's not in stock they get it quickly. I would go back more often if I lived in the area. Much better service than our Mansfield Ohio store.

We broke down while traveling through SC near the Bishopville exit. We called around a few places and no one had our radiator hose. The people at NAPA not only helped gather the supplies we needed to rig it and get us back on the road but they brought it to us and didn't charge us a service/delivery fee either even when we tried to pay. It worked like a charm and got us home. Wonderful people.

Best napa in all the US. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will try their best to get you what you need. Great for recommendations and advice. Professionals to a t.

Very helpful and nice. They also do price comparison and give military discounts if u ask about it. If u call around and get a cheaper price and this store is closer to u they will do the price comparison for u, so it pays to do a little leg work first.
