NAPA Auto Parts

Great service at this store. Stopped in on a rainy day. My pickup which I don't drive much in summer. It needed some wipers refills. Guy behind the counter looked them up and took me right over to the display for them which by the way on sale!! While working in the rain trying to put them on Chris came out and installed them for me. Did I say in the rain?? That is great service!! I usually buy what I need at the store just for that reason this is the second time Chris has helped me. I own two new cars so I don't buy much but always get great info. Thanks Chris

Chris was amazing, he helped me out really fast with no hesitation. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I will be making this location my go to spot. Please give Chris a raise and big thanks from the payne & dolan team

Hours not correct on website, google or the front door of the store. Apparently “winter” hours are different. Wasted a trip. Never had any issues with Napa parts or staff, but in this case I leave 1-star for this lack of communication and coordination.

Closed and locked doors 16 minutes early and wouldn't help change a phob battery won't be back
