Tried to get coolant at 7:30am, about half an hour after they open, and the doors were locked. This wouldn't really bother me but there was an employee at the desk watching me fidget with the door until I walked away.

Had a breakdown on the interstate, limped the truck to Napa, the man at the counter was very helpful, didn't have the exact replacement part, but we were able to cobble something together to make it work so we could continue our trip.

They don’t honor warranties like they are supposed to on batteries. I went in twice with the same battery that needs to be replaced and won’t even honor my mechanics battery test receipt because he thinks it has a leak
