OMGosh....I am so very impressed with this NAPA Parts Store. I accidently broke one of my front wiper blades & had to replace it. I was praying they could just repair in lieu of replacing it. They couldn't repair it...HOWEVER, management grabbed a new wiper from the shelf & immediately installed the new one....free of charge. I couldn't believe it! With all the cost uncertainty in the nation, he chose to help me out, without cost. No doubt, I'll be going to this establishment for my vehicle concerns. He truly cares about his customers....& I have NO problem with paying for their services in the near future! Thank you so much for caring!

I can't say enough great things about my experience at this NAPA store. I was having car trouble and wasn't sure if it was my battery, starter, or something else entirely. The staff here went above and beyond to help me out. They took the time to test my battery, and once they confirmed that it was fine, they helped diagnose that my starter was actually the issue. They didn’t stop there – they even assisted me with an engine start machine to get my car going and offered their gas can so I could get a refill at the pump. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this store for anyone needing reliable, honest help with their vehicle!

This Store on Frontage Road just have the most knowledgeable and helpful Workers we ever have met for all your needs !! We went there with some questions to certain Products, whilst we asked many Questions and got all the Answers right away without having the feelings we did annoyed the Service Members to some point !! Patiently and very friendly and helpful the Staff took it's Time to satisfy the Customer and even offered a Delivery Service !! Wow 😲👍😊what great experiences we had there without being pushed to buy anything, but we did bought exactly for what we came for and we will using this Store for our next Project in the Future !! I am thankful for the care and support of the staff working 11/2/2024. Brandon & Kenny. Here is why: After working a overnight shift in New Braunfels for Wurstfest, I was making my way home in my 2002 Chevy Suburban. The car suddenly stops and I was left in a bit of a pickle. Unfamiliar with the area I originally walked over to Circle K thinking I would get some oil since my suburban was low, that did not pan out and I started my search for somewhere else. Walking along the sidewalks and the highway, I finally reached the shop. Brandon & Kenny both helped assist me. We all got to talking and I explained my situation. Brandon went above and beyond and helped me get back out to my car. After putting the oil in and messing around with the vehicle, we came to find out it was my crank sensor
