Unfortunately, my experience at this auto parts store was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and discourteous, refusing to provide even basic assistance or tools for what we needed. Additionally, the person who attended us had a very unpleasant attitude and the strong smell of cigarette smoke made the visit even more uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for good customer service! 😣

Called them for an ignition switch they were knowledgeable and had what I needed on the counter as well as helpful advice on which lube to use.

First time I went in it’s was perfectly fine but when I go back in a second time trying to return a product dude is literally on the phone the whole time while he’s speaking to me and doesn’t explain that if he sends the money back to my card I don’t get it for 5 days? And then he said “ the guy over there might have money in his draw.” Didn’t go and ask him 10/10 would not recommend this place!

They have lost a life long customer. Went in today because they had ordered a winch cable for us. It was supposed to be in 2 weeks ago and got told today it may be 3 more weeks. I got treated poorly like it was my fault its not there, and the guy behind the counter was rude about it. He never said he would check on it. Do yourself a favor and go to O'Reilly or Car Quest!!!!
